Prayer Walk by CALLED ("Prayer Walk", "the app", "we", "us") helps people plan, log and share prayer walks. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and a user ID when you create an account. If you sign in with Apple, you can choose to share or hide your real email address; we only receive what Apple shares.
- Location: precise and approximate location while you use the app, so it can map your prayer walks and show nearby walks. You can turn location off at any time in your device's Settings.
- Fitness information: walk details such as distance and time, to record your walks.
- Photos, videos and other content you add: prayer requests, notes, photos or videos you choose to post or attach.
We collect this information only to run the app's features. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To record, show and share your prayer walks, prayers and posts.
- To respond to your questions and keep the app working safely, including removing content that breaks our community guidelines.
What other people can see
Content you choose to share in the app, such as walks, prayers, photos and your display name, can be seen by other app users. Don't share anything you want to keep private.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to host data and run sign-in (for example, Apple and Google for sign-in, and secure cloud hosting for app data). They may process information only to provide these services to us. We don't share your information with anyone else except when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your account information and the content you posted, and disconnects Sign in with Apple. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing us at the address below.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile, turn off location or photo access in your device's Settings, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email us to make a request.
